Determine
the date and specific time of your ceremony.
Call
our office to confirm our availability and to set up a
date and time for a consultation (we are available
day-time, evening, and some weekends). This will allow you to
meet us and to better determine the kind of ceremony
that would be perfect for you. We can
reached by phone at 519.584.2993 or
emailany time of the day or evening.
At the
first consultation
We discuss the kind of
ceremony you would like to have, i.e. traditional, contemporary or a short
and simple elopement ceremony.
We go over all the
possible components for your ceremony and
discuss what you as a couple would like to
incorporate into the ceremony. i.e. vow
options, ring exchange options, music,
readings etc.
If
you decide you would like to use our
services we require a $100 non-refundable deposit along with
a signed contract. This will confirm your
date and time. We accept cash, cheques or
PayPal.
After the
first consultation
Determine
what the components of your ceremony will be. In order
to make the ceremony intimate and personal we
encourage you to choose your own vows and ring exchange as
well as other special components such as readings and music. If this
is all too overwhelming, we can choose the ceremony
for you.
Once
you have worked out the details for your
ceremony, call, fax, email us with this information or fill out our
online
forms. Let us know if you
will have any special components such as the exchange
of roses or a unity candle. We are very flexible and
want very much for the ceremony to reflect your
personality as a couple and the love
you have for each other.
If
you determine you would like a rehearsal, call to set
the date and time (Monday - Thursday preferred). A $100.00
rehearsal fee applies. NOTE: Most couples are forgoing the rehearsal for the
following reasons:
Many wedding
venues are not able to accommodate a rehearsal the
evening before because of other scheduled
events.
Outside weddings
will not be able to be set up until the morning of the
ceremony. This means that there will be no music,
chairs etc. with which to practice.
Wedding
ceremonies are becoming more and more simple, thus a
rehearsal is not necessary. Many couples simply give
instructions as the day approaches.
